Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the Neuro Gardens app and this website (together, “the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What Neuro Gardens is

Neuro Gardens provides binaural beats, isochronic tones, ambient sound and curated music intended to support focus, relaxation and rest. It is available on iOS, Android and the web.

Use it safely

  • Do not use Neuro Gardens while driving, operating machinery or doing anything that requires full attention.
  • If you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition or another neurological condition, talk to your doctor before using brainwave entrainment audio.
  • Keep the volume at a comfortable level, and stop if you feel discomfort, dizziness or any other adverse effect.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Neuro Gardens Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your App Store or Google Play account.
  • It renews at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
  • Downloaded songs remain playable offline only while your subscription is active.

Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial use. All audio, music, artwork, text and software in the Service belong to Neuro Gardens or its licensors.

Things you may not do

  • Copy, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the Service’s audio or music
  • Extract, rip or download content outside the app’s own offline feature
  • Reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it
  • Interfere with or try to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for anything unlawful

Changes and availability

We may add, change or remove features, or update these Terms. If a change is significant we will let you know in the app or on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neuro Gardens is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Neuro Gardens is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
